The book contains melodies, lyrics and chords for 37 songs from Isafjordur, by Isafjordur musicians or have links to Isafjordur in one way or another.
Some of the songs are known and popular, others less so. They're by authors of different ages from various eras, the most recent from this year. Few of the songs have appeared in print before while some have not even been recorded. Four songs are simply called "Ísafjörður".
Editor and publisher is Gylfi Ólafsson and the photographs come from Haukur Sigurðsson.
